How Payment Works

Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping and billing information.

Select your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Complete Payment
Enter payment details securely. Payment is processed immediately.
Receive Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with order and transaction details.

⏱️ When is Payment Charged?
Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation. We do not charge payment until you have completed checkout and confirmed your purchase.
💰 Charging Currency
All prices on our site are expressed in Euros (€). Payment will be charged in Euros. If your card is in a different currency, your bank will apply the current exchange rate and may charge a conversion fee.
📧 Payment Confirmation
After completing payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with:
- Order number
- Details of purchased products
- Total amount charged
- Shipping information
- Payment receipt
🧾 Invoices
You will automatically receive a receipt via email after each purchase. If you need a formal invoice for business or tax purposes, please contact us at assistenza@lynoro.com with your order number.
Refunds

If you make an approved return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times are:
- Processing by Lynoro: 1-2 business days after receipt of return
- Credit to card/account: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
⭐ Store Credit Option
Alternatively to a standard refund, you can choose to receive store credit + 10% bonus. The credit will be available within 24 hours of return approval and has no expiration date.
Example: €50 return = €55 store credit
