How long does it take to receive my order?
Total delivery times are 6-13 business days, divided into:
- Processing: 1-3 business days
- Shipping: 5-10 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.
Where do the products ship from?
Our products are shipped directly from our trusted production partners in China and Europe. This model allows us to offer you premium quality at affordable prices, eliminating warehousing costs and reducing environmental impact.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to Italy. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
Do you deliver outside Italy?
No, we only deliver within Italy. It is currently not possible to place orders with destinations outside Italian territory.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Every order includes free tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time as soon as it is shipped.
Are there customs duties or additional costs?
No. For orders destined for Italy, no additional customs duties are foreseen. The price you see is the final price.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at assistenza@lynoro.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.
